I can’t speak for all males, but the first thing I look at is her face honestly. Boob and butt sizes really don’t matter. And it’s not even so much facial features I look at, but her facial expressions. From my experience interacting with people, I can get a pretty good reading on someone’s personality by looking at how she presents herself. Is she smiling all the time, is she pouting? Does she look like she wants to break someone’s teeth? If I spoke to her, would she break my teeth? Things like that.

Weight is hardly a dealbreaker unless it was at really unhealthy levels like morbidly obese. But I’ll be real and say a good body tends to get people’s foot in the door more than others. Looks come first, personality later. That’s how the mind works subconsciously whether we like it or not. Personality is what really matters though. A good looking person with a shitty personality will just end up going through failed relationship after failed relationship and end up becoming a hopeless romantic. But then again, there’s someone for everyone so I can’t really doom them to that.

If you’re not confident with your looks but confident with your personality, just really make an effort to make your personality stand out. Make yourself approachable and open to random conversations with strangers. If you’re in school, talk in class. People can get to know your personality without even talking to you. Nothing is more intimidating than a quiet person because no one has any idea what you’re like or how you’ll respond if they ask for help on a homework assignment.
